Definitely one of my favourite parts of KL to get lost in for a day. Brickfields ‘Little India’ brings the bling, the Bollywood and the colour riot to Kuala Lumpur (which is just the way I like it). This is where you come for the famous banana leaf curry, dosa or just get lost in the food court as you choose between fish, fresh noodles and everything in between.

Walk it all off as you shop for traditional Indian saris, fabrics, spices and jewellery. Finish the day with a lassi and some super sticky sweets: gajar ka halwa (sweet carrot pudding) , gulab jamun (Indian donuts drowned in saffron rose syrup) or the super sticky spirals, jalebi.
