It is the end of Ramadan. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Eid Mubarak to all. May the coming year bring the world hope, tolerance, understanding, peace, love and patience. May the colours and light of heaven and Earth be with us all. May we stay strong, resilient and healthy. May humanity heal it's collective heart, soul and mind.

We are on a strict movement restriction during this holy holiday time in Malaysia - no one will really be celebrating this year. Most traditions have been put aside - no bazaars, night markets, congregational worship and no mass consumption. Prayer is back to being a private practice. People are turning inward during this time and this I believe is how all humans see what is truly important.
